All orders placed with us via our website or by telephone are subject to the following terms and conditions.  Please read them carefully.  By placing an order with us, you are confirming that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

These terms & conditions incorporate our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Orders 

   1. Orders with Direct Luggage must be placed via our website at www.directluggage.co.uk or over the phone with one of our sales team. 

   2. When you place an order with us online, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt and containing the details of your order.  If you have made a mistake in your order, please inform us immediately by email at ask@directluggage.co.uk or by telephone on 020 8150 3674.

   3. When we dispatch your order, we will send you an email to let you know (the “Dispatch Confirmation”). Your order represents an offer to us to purchase an item. Your offer is accepted by us when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.  Any additional items contained in your order, which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation, do not form part of our acceptance.

2. Supply of Products

   1. We aim to supply all products that we advertise for sale.  However, we cannot guarantee supply, as products may occasionally be discontinued and/or out of stock for reasons beyond our control. 

   2. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you by email and offer you a choice of either a similar alternative product (subject to any price difference being met) or a full refund. 

3. Prices and Payment

   1. All advertised prices are in Pounds Sterling (£). No VAT is added to the prices shown. 

   2. Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability. Whilst every effort is made to ensure their accuracy, we cannot guarantee that mistakes will not occasionally be made. In the event that your item has been priced incorrectly, you will be notified as soon as possible of the correct price and have the option to buy at that price. If you do not want to proceed with the order at the correct price you will be refunded in full.

   3. We take payment at the point of sale and you will find Direct Luggage Ltd appearing on your bank or credit card statement.

   2. All content included on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Direct Luggage Limited, its affiliates or its content suppliers.
