"I wished to purchase 3 Medium Sub Zero G Super Light Weight suitcases and caried out a web search for a competative price. Directluggage.co.uk offered the best price and I emailed the company to make a general enquiry. I was contacted within a couple of hours with the answer to my question. I placed the order late Friday evening and received confirmation immediately. I was informed that the cases had been despatched on the Monday and would arrive on Tuesday. There was an option to change the delivery date if not convenient. I was able to track the order and was given an hour time slot for delivery.
